Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

• Italy: Free shipping on orders over €250. A flat fee of €10 applies to smaller orders.
• European Union: Free shipping on orders over €250. A flat fee of €20 applies to smaller orders.
• International: €35 flat rate.

How long does delivery take?

• Italy & EU: 2–3 business days (after processing)
• Worldwide: 3–5 business days (after processing)

Delivery times may vary based on destination and courier.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days from payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped by our courier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We aim to dispatch faster whenever possible.

What if my country isn't available at checkout?

We are working to expand our shipping coverage globally. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us at info@chapterstore.it - we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no duties or taxes at delivery — for:

• European Union and Italy
• International: Australia, Canada, Norway, UAE, and Switzerland (on orders over €250)

For other international destinations such as United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, and the USA, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): local duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
