Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
  • Please note that for some international destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and others) import duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Details are outlined below.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Italy: Free shipping on orders over €250. A flat fee of €10 applies to smaller orders.
  • European Union: 10€ fee shipping on orders over €250. €20 fee applies to smaller orders.
  • International: €35 flat rate.

How long does delivery take?

  • Italy & EU: 2–3 business days (after processing)
  • Worldwide: 3–5 business days (after processing)

Delivery times may vary based on destination and courier.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days from payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped by our courier, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We aim to dispatch faster whenever possible.

What if my country isn't available at checkout?

We are working to expand our shipping coverage globally. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us at info@chapterstore.it - we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

Duties and Taxes:

We ship using two different methods depending on the destination:

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

For most destinations, duties and taxes are already included in your order total.
You will not be required to pay anything upon delivery.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no duties or taxes at delivery — for:
-European Union and Italy
-International: Australia, Norway, UAE, and Switzerland (on orders over €250.)

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

For certain countries — including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and other destinations not covered under DDP orders are shipped on a DDU basis.

This means that:

  • Import duties and local taxes are not included in your order total
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority
  • They will be requested upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer

-If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs authority  or using an online duty calculator to estimate potential charges before placing your order.
-Please note that if a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, Chapters will not be responsible for the return shipping costs or any additional charges incurred.
