Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with tags still attached and packaging intact.
Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, you’re welcome to reuse the original Chapters box. It features a double adhesive strip for easy and secure return shipping.

How do I request a return?

Email us at info@chapterstore.it with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. The return cost will be deducted from your refund.

How do I request an exchange?

Email info@chapterstore.it with your order number, the item to exchange, and your preferred size or replacement. We’ll reply with instructions and can suggest alternatives if needed. You don’t need to place a new order or pay twice. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the exchange and ship the replacement.

What are the return shipping costs?

Italy: €10
Europe: €25
Outside EU: €35 + applicable duties/taxes

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return. They will be processed via your original payment method.
Note: Orders placed with a VAT number or on behalf of a company are not eligible for return.
