Q&A with the Founder

Every Chapter is Someone's First, Welcome To Ours.

Q: Chapters doesn’t look or feel like a regular store. So what is it, really?

Federica: It’s not a store, it’s a living format. Chapters is built like a magazine you browse through. Each Chapter is a limited-time story where fashion, beauty, food, and art collide.
It shifts, evolves, disappears, then starts again. Always moving, always unexpected.
Q: What makes it different from other concept stores?

Federica: Chapters isn’t about curating beautiful things. It’s about curating meaning. Every piece, brand or experience we feature is hand-picked with a strong intention. Everything tells a story or starts a conversation. We don’t sell Brands- We launch ideas.
Q: What does a Chapter actually look like?

Federica: Think of it as a drop-meets-exhibition. It’s a capsule in time: ephemeral, immersive, expressive.l There’s a sense of urgency: you come in, explore, feel, connect, and then it’s gone. The only constant is what’s coming next.
Q: Who is Chapters for, and how do you connect with them?

Federica:Chapters speaks to a community of curious, culturally aware, and creatively driven individuals. They don’t follow trends, they help shape them. We connect with them the same way we curate: intentionally.

Q: What inspired you to create it?

Federica: After years of pushing innovation inside a major luxury department store, I felt the urge to create something more soulful, fluid, and agile.
I wanted a format that could move at the speed of culture, unbound by legacy systems — one that harnesses the power of fast retail while reclaiming the value of taking your time. Chapters was born from that need.
A place to discover and savour. One release at a time.
